Job Title: Presales Solution Architect – Infrastructure & Cloud

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Presales Solution Architect with strong expertise in infrastructure and cloud solutions. The role involves driving end-to-end presales activities, responding to RFx (RFP/RFI/RFQ), designing customized solutions, and supporting large deal pursuits across enterprise customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresales & Solutioning
- Lead and respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ with high-quality, winning proposals.
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions covering data center, cloud, network, security, and managed services.
- Understand client requirements and create customized, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Identify win themes, value propositions, and differentiators for deal success.
Solution Architecture- Architect solutions across:
- Data Center & Virtualization
- Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Network & Security
- Storage, Database, Middleware
- Unix & Windows environments
- Design Disaster Recovery (DR), BCP strategies, including RPO/RTO alignment.
- Provide solutions for End User Computing (EUC) services.
Commercial & Pricing
- Develop cost models, pricing strategies, and resource loading plans.
- Work on infrastructure services estimation and pricing templates.
- Ensure alignment with market benchmarks for managed services.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage with customers, consultants, and partners during deal lifecycle.
- Work with advisory firms such as KPMG, ISG, Pace Harmon.
- Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and position as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct presentations, solution walkthroughs, and client workshops.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with delivery, engineering, and PMO teams for solution validation.
- Act as a solution integrator across multiple technology domains.
- Ensure smooth Engagement Handover (EHO) to delivery teams post deal closure.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Presales / Solution Architecture / Consulting
- Proven experience in large deal pursuits and RFx responses
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science (MBA preferred)
