Salesforce Technical Lead Description
• Sales/Service Cloud

This role requires strong delivery accountability, deep integration expertise, and the ability to own deployments, production support, and technical escalations. The ideal candidate is someone who does not just design solutions but ensures they are built, tested, deployed, and supported successfully.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Own end-to-end Salesforce delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live
support
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience designing and proposing end-to-end Salesforce solutions
• Experience with CI/CD migrations and strong practical expertise with SFDX CLI, DevOps Center, and
automated deployment frameworks
• Experience leading teams, owning deliverables, and performing code reviews
• Experience managing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production support
• Solid experience with enterprise integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns
• Experience with UAT testing automation approaches and collaboration with QA teams
• Experience in mobile customizations for Salesforce users, including mobile -specific layouts, actions, and
optimized user flows
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce automation
• Solid experience defining and executing Salesforce testing strategies, including unit testing, integration
testing, and UAT support
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud is a
plus.
• Adoption mindset toward Salesforce Agents and upcoming Salesforce release features, with the ability to
assess, propose, and drive adoption where valuable.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
