We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign planning and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms with a focus on performance and ROI
- Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and paid social
- Own campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
- Continuously scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign structure for optimal performance
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and performance improvements
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page effectiveness
- Stay updated with platform changes, automation features, and emerging PPC trends
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping)
- Proven experience managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including audience targeting and scaling strategies
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance
- Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Ability to manage and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in PPC / performance marketing
- Experience scaling campaigns and improving ROAS in competitive markets
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with feed-based campaigns (Shopping / Performance Max) is a plus
