About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Growth Marketer to lead paid acquisition through Google Ads.

This role goes far beyond campaign management.

You will be responsible for designing and scaling high-performance acquisition systems, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and turning advertising into a predictable growth engine.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to continuously improve:

• Conversion funnels
• Attribution models
• Customer acquisition economics

This is a high ownership role with direct impact on revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Build Scalable Acquisition Systems

• Architect and manage high-performance campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Develop scalable keyword targeting and bidding strategies
• Build systems for testing creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Drive Data-Driven Growth

Use tools like:

• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads

to analyze user behaviour, attribution, and conversion performance.

You will:

• Identify growth opportunities
• Build testing frameworks
• Optimize acquisition cost and conversion rates

Own Performance Metrics

You will directly influence key business metrics including:

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Conversion Rate
• Lead Quality
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Experiment and Scale

You will continuously run experiments across:

• Ad creatives
• Targeting strategies
• Landing page optimization
• Funnel improvements

Your job is to find scalable growth loops and scale them aggressively.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, marketing intuition, and engineering mindset.

Required

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with performance marketing
• Deep expertise in Google Ads
• Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills
• Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior
