KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Counselling & Admissions
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBA/PGPM programs, admission procedures, career prospects, and campus offerings.
• Build strong relationships with aspirants and effectively convert inquiries into enrollments through personalized guidance and follow-ups.
Institutional Outreach & Relationship Building
• Visit degree colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and tutorial centers to strengthen institutional partnerships.
• Coordinate with Principals, Faculties, Career Counselors, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to promote IBS programs and activities.
Marketing & Event Execution
• Organize and execute seminars, career guidance sessions, presentations, webinars, and Below-The-Line (BTL) promotional activities.
• Represent IBS at educational fairs, student engagement activities, and branding initiatives to maximize outreach and visibility.
Lead Generation & Market Development
• Develop and maintain databases of final-year students and graduates through strategic networking and market research.
• Implement innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to generate quality leads and business opportunities.
Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets for the assigned territory or branch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize admissions strategies and improve ROI.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Professional Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or student counselling, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with students, parents, academic institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented professional with a proactive go-getter mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for promotional and outreach activities.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Capability to understand market dynamics and implement strategies that maximize lead conversion and business growth.
