Job Description

Experience in delivering classroom and on-the-job training

Coordinate Train the Trainer sessions with Training Champions on the production floor, using

learning models and theory

The incumbent is required to continuously develop their training skills and abilities through

training, self-paced development activities, and other programs

Working closely with internal subject matter experts and other partners to develop content for

existing & new programs that are practical, interactive which deliver a high ROI

Providing quality training material which meets specific requested requirements, including

program design, train the trainer support and evaluation techniques

Be proactive and possess strong research skills, resolve issues and drive training initiatives

independently or within a team environment

Ability to analyse processes and data to determine training needs and develop materials

Provide in depth training reports and track the progress of training or related projects

Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience in using AI tools to develop the impactful training content

Deploy 4S training program and achieve the KPI's of Training function

Proven experience in improving the operators working speed

Trains new associates in the proper use of materials, machines, and computer systems used

to track and record production information

Performs any additional tasks including leading other training programs such as new

employee orientation, safety, quality and continuous improvement as assigned by the

supervisor or the Unit Leader

Work with Methods team to estimate the new hire requirement and develop the OJT training to the business requirement

Work with Production team on setting-up the right skill balance to ensure the higher

efficiency.

KPI :

Training's Plan Vs Actual – 90%

Skill Echo score – 80%

Skill monitor score – 80%

5+ yrs work experience as a Technical trainer in manufacturing organizations
