Content Migration and Data Analysis Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage content migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring data accuracy and timeline adherence.
• Analyze and assess existing content for relevance and quality, making recommendations for updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and project management to define data requirements and migration strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, data mappings, and analysis findings.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in content migration and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, SQL, Python) and content management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
