What You Will Do

  • Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls products and capabilities.
  • Assist owner in design as required.
  • Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentation to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results.
  • Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.
  • Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.
  • Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.
  • Secure orders, write out CIS and work with Project Engineering for CIS commitment.
  • Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Service Sales Manager.
  • Provide weekly activities report to the Service Sales Manager.
  • Plan and strategize marketing and sales.
  • Follow-up with customers for collections.
  • To guide the junior salespersons, if needed

What We Look For

  • Technical Diploma / Degree
  • Some sales experience preferred. Must have knowledge in BAS, Fire Alarm System & Security Systems
  • English/Hindi language
  • MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows knowledge
  • Need to travel as and when required
  • Essential to have good market knowledge of the key players, consultants and owners
  • Minimum 7 years of role
  • Independent, able to work under minimum supervision
  • Need to work odd hours as and when required
