Manager, Intelligent Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Production Support (L1/L2): Provide incident management, change management, maintenance, and support for deployed automations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Scripting & Development: Write and maintain scripts using RPA tools, Python, VB, and Excel VBA for automation enhancement.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report automation KPIs, incidents, change requests, and bot performance using Power BI, Excel, and dashboards.
• System Integration: Work with Web, SAP, APIs, SharePoint, Windows, Email, Excel, PDF, and other enterprise systems.
• Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with governance, IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure standard RPA practices and change management adherence.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify, analyze, and resolve automation failures and production issues with quick turnaround.
• Agile Delivery: Work within Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure automation alignment with business goals.
• Capability Building: Support creation of scalable enterprise RPA capability and automation frameworks.
• Training & Documentation: Document automation procedures and train business users on RPA usage and best practices.
