Job Description

Experience, Technical And Soft Skills  

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience 
12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in managerial roles 
Proven experience managing large, distributed engineering teams and complex enterprise platforms 
Extensive understanding of software development and the SDLC. 
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, etc 
Solid background in Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices, preferably with scrum master certification 
Experience managing development teams from both a project and a support perspective. 
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills  
Ability to build high-performing, motivated, and collaborative teams  
Experience managing external service providers 
Experience in managing globally distributed teams. 
Highly organized and a good multi-tasker 
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
