About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Azure GenAI Architect to architect, design, and deliver
enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions on
Microsoft Azure.
This role sits at the intersection of
cloud architecture, AI engineering, and platform security. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and production‑ready GenAI platforms leveraging
Azure OpenAI, agentic AI architectures, and modern cloud‑native services.
You will work closely with engineering teams, enterprise architects, security stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure AI solutions are
secure, reliable, compliant, and business‑driven.
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Architect, design, and deliver GenAI‑enabled solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Lead end‑to‑end design of LLM‑powered platforms, including RAG and agentic AI systems
- Integrate Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Studio, and Azure Bot Service to enable intelligent conversational and discovery experiences
Cloud‑Native Application Development
- Develop and guide cloud‑native applications using Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and auto‑scaling services
- Design and secure APIs using Azure API Management, .NET / C#, and FastAPI
- Own architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization
Security, Networking & Compliance
- Design enterprise‑grade security using Private Endpoints, Virtual Networks (VNet), and secure connectivity patterns
- Implement AI workloads aligned with security, governance, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure platform readiness and auditability
Infrastructure, DevOps & Observability
- Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Bicep)
- Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated testing and quality gates (SonarCloud)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and optimization using Azure Application Insights and related tools
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a technical authority for GenAI architecture and cloud best practices
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on design and delivery standards
- Partner with stakeholders to align AI platforms with business outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering or cloud architecture
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and solution architecture
- Hands‑on experience building GenAI / AI‑powered applications
- Proficiency in Python and .NET (C#)
- Experience with:
- Azure Functions
- FastAPI
- Azure App Configuration
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Deep experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Bot Service
- Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar)
- Expertise in Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Bicep
- Solid experience with Azure networking (Private Endpoints, VNets)
- Strong DevOps experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and cloud‑scaling solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience designing multi‑agent AI systems
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API
- Background in large‑scale or regulated enterprise environments
