Job Description: Senior Interior Designer
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience who can independently handle design projects from concept to execution while managing client communication and leading a design team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential and/or commercial interior design projects end-to-end.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and provide regular project updates.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage, mentor, and guide junior designers and site teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Extract maximum productivity and creativity from the team while maintaining timelines.
- Review drawings, designs, and site progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for working drawings and detailing.
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.
- Experience with V-Ray and/or Enscape for realistic visualizations.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site execution.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a design team.
- Strong client-handling and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of site coordination and execution processes.
