Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong client management, site execution, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept development to final execution

Conduct regular site visits and oversee on-site execution

Manage communication with existing and new clients

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Ensure timelines, quality, and detailing standards are maintained

Support business development, new project discussions, and proposals

Mentor and guide junior team members

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Strong project management and coordination skills

Excellent communication and presentation ability

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience

Compensation
