Job Title: Sr. HR Recruiter

Location: Pal, Surat

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Company:

CDL Fineshine is a premium diamond Jewellery manufacturing company based in Surat, known for strong operations and quality craftsmanship. We are expanding and looking for a highly driven recruiter to manage our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (80% – Core Responsibility):

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (operations, sales, production, etc.)

• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and references

• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Ensure strong follow-ups and closure of positions within timelines

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports

2. HR & Admin Support (20%):

• Manage joining formalities and documentation

• Maintain attendance and leave records

• Support basic office coordination when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hardcore recruitment experience (mandatory)

• Proven experience in bulk hiring / non-IT hiring

• Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in manufacturing / Jewellery / operations hiring

• Candidates based in Surat only
