Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify manpower requirements and seek approval from the HR Head.
  • Create job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Review CVs, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in hiring decisions.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with the organization.
  • Organize training sessions for both new and existing employees.
  • Manage employee performance, appraisals, and provide guidance for improvement through SWOT analysis and counseling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR-related data for management reporting.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee grievances, communicate HR policies, compliance, and regulations.
  • Oversee employee safety, health, and well-being within the organization.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.
