Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning and Workforce Management:
Identify manpower requirements across departments and coordinate with the HR Head for approvals to ensure timely recruitment and workforce planning.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Prepare job descriptions, advertise job openings, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and assist in coordinating interviews and the overall recruitment process.
Agency Coordination:
Liaise with external recruitment agencies and consultants to ensure positions are filled efficiently with qualified candidates.
Interview and HR Activity Coordination:
Organize and manage schedules for interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth recruitment and HR operations.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to help them understand organizational policies, culture, and job expectations.
Training and Development:
Organize and conduct training sessions for both new and existing employees to enhance skills, productivity, and professional development.
Employee Engagement and Workplace Environment:
Promote a positive work culture and ensure employees are satisfied with their roles, responsibilities, and the work environment.
Performance Management and Appraisals:
Support and manage performance management processes including employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and appraisal procedures.
Employee Records and HR Documentation:
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, personal data, and HR documentation, and provide reports to the management team when required.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:
Address employee grievances, provide guidance on policies, and ensure employees remain informed about organizational rules, compliance standards, and regulations.
Exit Management:
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and support a smooth separation process.
Workplace Health and Safety:
Assist in overseeing employee health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Employee Performance Analysis and Counseling:
Evaluate employee strengths and development areas through analysis and counseling to support continuous improvement.
