Experience
- 10 -15 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Should have sold apartments with at least 2 to 5 Million Sft of A grade residential space in the last 5 years.

- Identifying Channels for Direct Sales
- Formulate adequate sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Custodian of Brand NSL with respect to BTL activates.
- Owner of the Customer Based Brand Equity of NSL
- Strategizing various marketing communication and creating opportunity for customers to experience NSL products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and Priorities. Understand target audience and present products and services in line with their requirements.
- Define and implement sales processes and channel development process.
- Perform sales activities on a day-to-day basis in consultation with Direct Sales Team and Business Development Associates in achieving the desired sales goals.
- Developing result-oriented Sales plans and collection plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Reviewing sales productivity and setting course of directions right whenever needed. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Forecasting.
- Developing sales strategies to improve market share
- Working closely with sales teams to successfully launch new products into new markets with improved product presentation strategies.
- Prepare and present Sales promotion budgets to Senior Management and embark on ATL/BTL activities.
- Working Closely with BDA's on regular basis, educating them about various sales offers and training them on product front.
- Lead Custodian: Developing strategies to line up more leads to work on for sales teams through website, property portals, online marketing, Blogs, referrals, property shows, advertisements, pull outs, hoardings and event managements.
- Monitoring Weekly, Monthly reports and analytics on the Lead/Contact/Sales/Repeat Site Visit/Site Visit Data.
- Vendor/Agency Management. Procure external services or supplies.
- Custodian of Market Intelligence, Data Collection and Surveys.
