Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions.
- Configure, customize, and test Business Central Finance modules with India localization.
- Conduct training sessions, UAT, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements of add-on solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, including handling CRs and day-to-day issue resolution.
- Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA.
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV.
- Strong expertise in the Finance Module with India taxation (GST, TDS, TCS).
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of the Finance Module in Business Central/Navision.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, presentations, and documentation.
- Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT company.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Good to have:
- Knowledge of advanced features, reporting, and BI tools.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
