Sr. Full stack engineer

What You'll Do
. Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
. Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
. Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best practices across the team.
. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership.
. Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For
. 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong command of frontend and backend development.
. Proficiency in React or Angular, and TypeScript.
. Strong backend experience with Python-based frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
. Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
. Experience leading product development or major workstreams.
. A passion for building great software and solving complex technical challenges.

Nice to Have
. Prior experience leading a team or mentoring engineers.
. Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, such as OpenLLM, Hugging Face Transformers, and related frameworks.
. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
. Experience with GraphQL, Redis, or event-driven architectures.
. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities
