Sr. Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain robust, scalable applications that directly contribute to our mission. This pivotal role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and shaping our architectural direction. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences by seamlessly integrating frontend and backend solutions, leveraging modern technologies to build high-impact applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement responsive and seamless user interfaces.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and application stability.
• Evaluate and adopt new frameworks, libraries, and tools to keep our technology stack current and effective.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, with a strong focus on both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to understand and design client-side and server-side back-end architectures, including familiarity with common stacks like MERN.
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications based on a microservices architecture.
• Expertise in building secure, low-latency REST APIs and integrating with analytics tools.
• Proficiency in core technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Python, OAuth, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially Azure) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including CI/CD, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an iterative and dynamic environment.
