Experience with Django back-end would be a plus as it would make the new resource more effective in leading both resources.
Oversee the existing two resources to make sure more efficiency and productivity in their day-to-day work.
Excellent communication skills.
Better understand the requirements and refine it from the discussions
More hands-on experience.
Interpret intent and use case for the requirement discussions
Quick to obtain clarification when in doubt and makes sure perfect implementation by testing the same.
