Drupal Developer

• We are seeking an accomplished Senior Drupal Developer to join our dynamic development team
• As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Drupal-based websites and applications
• You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and fellow developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend Drupal modules, utilizing both core and contributed modules, to meet project requirements.
• Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Enhance website performance by identifying bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies, and fine-tuning server configurations.
• Thoroughly test websites and applications to ensure functionality, usability, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients or stakeholders, ensuring timely solutions and effective communication throughout the process.
• Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the development team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Demonstrable 6+ years of experience as a skilled Drupal Developer, showcasing successful Drupal-based projects in your portfolio.
• Profound knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10, including hands-on experience with module development, site-building, and theming.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Solid understanding of Drupals architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Bonus experience in Drupal migration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Drupal certification (eg, Acquia Certified Developer) is advantageous.
