Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team, and ensure regulatory compliance. Their responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing risks, and optimizing financial performance to support business objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data analysis and reporting
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with financial software, tools, and advanced Excel capabilities
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance or similar specialization is preferred
