Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial data, create detailed reports, and offer insights to enhance business performance. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, improve processes for resource allocation, and provide leadership to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data
• Excellent skills in preparing detailed financial reports and providing actionable insights
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Leadership and team management skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in DTC or consumer product industries is a plus
