Started Employee transportation for 18 routes, this has reduced parking – thereby reducing carbon footprint.
On time Vendor payment, escalations support, prepare policy, guidelines for hired cabs & employee transportation.
Security with women travelers who travel late night.
Implementing & enforcing safety protocols & regulations, Managing security systems & personnel. Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Green initiative & carbon neutral support: Stopped paper cups Pan India & implemented SS glasses, ceramic cups, bring your own mugs & water bottles.

Implement energy-saving practices and sustainable initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact
Conduct regular inspections, quality assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for facility-related incidents, including power outages, natural disasters, or other crises
Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to understand their facility needs and provide timely updates on maintenance initiatives

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
Proven leadership and management skills
Experience with budget management
