Job Description -
- : Monitoring of unusual traffic with effective closure of fraud alerts.
- : Monitoring/expanding fraud coverage to other products such as MMX and TC-MOVE.
- : Defining new rules to cover different frauds and validation of existing rules.
- : Conduct timely and thorough Investigation of Fraud cases / fraudulent usage.
- : Performing Audit/Quality Check (QC) of alerts closed by the team.
- : Preparation of MIS and Reports for Senior Management
- : Database maintenance and updating the relevant master files
- : Troubleshoot data-related problems and support to function
