Job Description -:
1): Performing various activities under Telecom Fraud Monitoring Operations such as...
a): Perform near real-time monitoring through FMS with effective closure of fraud alerts
b): Conduct CDR analysis, routing patterns, customer alert history & call testing to determine nature of traffic
c): Brainstorming & designing new rules to cover different telecom frauds in Voice, MMX & TC-MOVE and validation of existing rule (Market Intelligence)
d): Periodical review of configured rules
e): Performing Audit/Quality Check (QC) of alerts closed by team
f): Preparation of MIS and Reports for Senior Management
g): Work in rotational shifts and ensure proper shift handovers
h): Work closely with Internal teams and support team as and when required
i): Internal data management / Updating the relevant master files
2): Conduct timely and thorough Investigation of Fraud dispute cases / fraudulent usage i.e., analysis of fraud dispute cases and taking corrective actions.
