Job Description

Location: India /Remote (Work from Home)

Shift Timings: EST / PST

Preferably looking Short notice candidates/Immediate joiner

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Recruiter to join our team. As an Engineering Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering roles, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in successfully recruiting engineering professionals.

Job Description:

• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

• Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.

• Must have US Staffing experience for direct clients in Engineering / Heavy equipment manufacturer / Agricultural Technology.

• Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and candidates.

• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-based recruiting Tools.

• Ability to understand the non-technical / technical requirements (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Drafter, Design Engineer, Controls Engineers, Electrical Control Engineers, Mechatronics Engineer, Technical Project Engineer, Equipment Validation Engineer, Manufacturing & Industrial roles) and submit consultant's profiles on time.

• Proven successful sales record in the U.S. staffing industry.

• Must have good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.

• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

• To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.

• Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Skills:

• Must have minimum 2-5 years hiring experience into for direct clients in Engineering / Heavy equipment manufacturer / Agricultural Technology.

• Prior exposure to multi-spot or high-volume requisitions

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivery

• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Experience Required:

2 - 5 years
