Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and solutions to potential clients in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications.

·        Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

·        Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.

·        Product selection, Negotiation and order finalization.

·        Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.

·        Preparation and timely submission of necessary reports.

·        To set and achieve predefined sales targets.

·        Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

·        Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / Electronics engineering.

·        6-10 years of Prior experience in sales & marketing Rotary tables for machine tools / Automation systems, Machine tool accessories, Machine tools, Automation systems, Automation products, SPMs, a sales engineering role, in a B2B environment.

·        Strong technical knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Willingness to travel as needed.

·        Age: up to 32 years
