Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Lead quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quotation domains (Order Execution/Quote Excellence).
  2. Serve as Quality Champion to analyze OCN data, identify initiatives, and drive SPS (Schneider Production System) audits for the GTA team.
  3. Facilitate Lean-based improvements and OE Community of Practice initiatives for global alignment.
  4. Contribute to digital transformation projects including tools like Titan, SE Advantage, SEE XP, and Central Scheduling.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and address constraints in project execution processes, collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
  2. Standardize and align engineering and quotation practices across business lines to enhance customer experience.
  3. Develop training plans based on needs assessment and participate in tool/process evolution.
  4. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive operational excellence through lean methodologies.
