Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI models and products that meet client requirements and deliver business value
Lead junior data scientists on execution of projects and guide them on the processes
Support the execution, maintenance, and upkeep of PRGX's AI models and products
Collaborate closely with other global teams to ensure that PRGX's AI models and products are meeting the needs of our clients
Work closely with the Manager, AI Services in ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and products
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Work Experience And Education Requirements

Master of Science in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science
6-8 years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods
Experience with Deep learning and knowledge about Open AI frameworks/ LLM's
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques
Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with big data tools such as Spark
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git
