Sr. Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Remote and contract)

• Shift: IST timings(8 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.

Work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, extract insights, and support business

decisions.

Implement scalable data processing pipelines using big data technologies such as Hadoop and

Spark.

Automate workflows and manage data pipelines using Airflow and AWS EMR.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data

science solutions.

Optimize model performance and ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability in

production.

Utilize Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

Deep knowledge of data science and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn,

TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Proven experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models into production

systems.Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EMR, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.).

Experience working with Databricks and Airflow for data workflow management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for model deployment.

Familiarity with data versioning tools (e.g., DVC, MLflow).

Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and distributed computing.
