Job Description

Design and implement scalable enterprise analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, and modern data tools, including data modeling, transformation, and integration.
Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, Power BI models, and semantic layers for unified, high-performance reporting and operational data needs.
Leverage ETL processes, CDC pipelines, and data warehousing best practices to ensure robust and scalable data infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and architectural standards within AWS and Databricks environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, define functional specifications, and deliver fit-for-purpose analytical solutions.
Mentor team members, promote documentation and data profiling practices, and lead proofs-of-concept for innovative analytics solutions.
Preferred skills include healthcare data experience, familiarity with HL7/FHIR, and relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, SAFe, Databricks).
Strong soft skills required: analytical thinking, communication, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities in global, cross-functional teams.
