Role Summary
We are looking for a
hands-on Data Analyst Lead to drive
ETL and data migration projects end-to-end.
This Role Is Execution-focused, Responsible For
- Handling complex data migration tasks
- Leading small teams of data analysts
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery
The candidate should be comfortable working in a
fast-paced, client-facing implementation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- ETL & Data Migration Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Perform end-to-end data migration (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Work on:
- Data extraction from source systems
- Data transformation and mapping
- Data loading into target systems
- Handle large datasets with accuracy and performance in mind
- Data Mapping & Transformation
- Create and manage:
- Data mapping documents
- Transformation logic
- Perform:
- Data cleansing
- Deduplication
- Data normalization
- Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Validate migrated data against source systems
- Prepare reconciliation reports
- Identify and fix:
- Data mismatches
- Missing or inconsistent data
- Team Handling (Light Leadership)
- Guide and support junior data analysts
- Review their work (mapping, validation, outputs)
- Ensure quality and consistency in delivery
- Client Interaction
- Work directly with clients to:
- Understand data requirements
- Clarify mapping and transformation rules
- Participate in:
- Data workshops
- Requirement discussions
- Delivery Ownership
- Manage timelines for assigned projects
- Handle multiple migration tasks simultaneously
- Take ownership of delivery under tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Strong experience in ETL and data migration projects
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong Excel skills (data comparison, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience handling large datasets
- Experience in data validation and reconciliation
Good to Have
- Experience with Python (for automation)
- Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS product migrations (CRM, PSA, ERP)
- Basic understanding of APIs / integrations
