Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Program Management Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of ERP systems and project management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage ERP implementation plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ERP systems
Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, identifying and addressing issues as needed
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and use of ERP systems
Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and project plans

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
2-5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
