About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Dentsu India. This role requires a professional with a strong background in digital analytics, particularly with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between technical analytics and client success, managing key client relationships while providing strategic insights to optimize digital performance. The Senior Analyst will lead business review meetings, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive consulting approach to help clients achieve their marketing and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and technical stakeholders, to ensure that analytics initiatives align with overall business strategies and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics, client success management, or consulting roles is required. Technical proficiency in GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is essential. Experience with measurement tools like Appsflyer and Mixpanel is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on analytics projects, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Lead regular business review meetings, presenting insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance issues and develop data-backed solutions to address challenges.
  • Identify and recommend new growth opportunities by analyzing data trends and collaborating with internal teams for initiative development.
  • Support business development activities by preparing and delivering presentations that showcase analytics capabilities and insights strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks tailored to client requirements.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital campaigns.
  • Utilize visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create compelling data stories and trend analyses.
  • Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and insight frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Perform SQL queries to analyze large datasets and support exploratory and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using tools like GA4, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare structured presentations and insights decks using Excel and PowerPoint for internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and refine analytics strategies that support business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices in media measurement and digital marketing.
