Job Description

General Summary:

Responsible for developing, defining, and executing program plans including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risk management. Manages the full program lifecycle from initiation through delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on technical and programmatic matters. Monitors budget and spending, ensures on-time delivery, and achievement of key milestones. Drives alignment across cross-functional teams and represents the program at senior management levels.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own technical program management for the Oryon CPU Engineering team responsible for Qualcomm SoCs (including Snapdragon Elite X laptop SoC and Snapdragon 8 Elite).
  • Coordinate, plan, and drive CPU IP development, testing, and delivery to SoC.
  • Negotiate schedules, scope, and resources to meet aggressive delivery timelines for high-performance CPUs.
  • Organize and lead cross-department discussions to set project milestones, schedules, and plans of record.
  • Define project tasks and establish program policies and processes.
  • Manage the IP-SoC relationship.
  • Troubleshoot program challenges, develop alternative tasks, schedules, and resource plans to resolve conflicts.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively drive problem-solving to successful solutions.
  • Report regularly to senior management on milestones, budget, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop and improve processes to increase team productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage teams across all phases: design, development, validation, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining hardware products.
  • Advocate for the program in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder engagements.
