Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Identify and generate leads through strategic networking and research for CCTV and surveillance systems in sectors like PSUs, commercial buildings, residential, hospitality, IT/ITES.
  2. Achieve sales and receivables targets for the region, efficiently managing the sales funnel and driving deals to closure.
  3. Develop strong relationships with consultants and key stakeholders, ensuring a steady flow of projects and opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain strong partner networks, providing guidance to achieve revenue goals through system integrators and authorized partners.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee project sales lifecycle, from pre-sales activities and proposal development to project closure.
  2. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring project specifications align with solutions.
  3. Communicate product benefits effectively, creating customized solutions tailored to customer needs.
  4. Keep management informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
