Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Increase distribution and market share for QR & Soundbox in the assigned area.
  • Ensure extensive deployment and sale of QR & Soundbox products.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Plan and manage market size, span, and geography for FSE.
  • Develop effective communication strategies for team goals and minimize delivery gaps.

Job Requirements:

  • High drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Proven experience in leading a team.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and build strong networks.
