Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst Safety ART - Safety Reporting

• Collaborate with business users, data owners, and product owners to identify and prioritize system enhancements and new functionalities
• Provide guidance and set documentation standards, acting as a liaison between IS and PV business stakeholders
• Support daily operations and maintenance of PV systems
• Lead or support technical implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with IS Change Control and GxP validation processes
• Author computer system validation (CSV) documents in alignment with regulatory standards
• Contribute to business case development, workshops, and RFP processes
• Engage with vendors and platform owners to assess capabilities for solving compliance or business needs
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements for PV systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, IT, or related field OR
• Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years of experience OR
• Diploma with 7–9 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in health/life sciences and IT as a Business Analyst supporting SaaS applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Skilled in business requirements documentation
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and project delivery
• Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, data analysis, and change control
