Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures that support our data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, construct, install, and maintain large-scale processing systems and data pipelines.
Develop data models and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
Implement data integration solutions from various sources to a centralized data warehouse.
Monitor and optimize performance of data systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Ensure data governance and compliance with regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Redshift).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
