. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ariba modules (Contracts, Sourcing, P2P, SLP) thereby providing functional and product expert knowledge and guidance to our customers.
. Should have at-least 5 years of experience.
. Should have experience and know-how of Ariba and ECC integration functionally.
. Provide expert functional and technical support (L2 & L3) across Ariba cloud as well as on-premise solutions.

. Assess customer's Ariba solutions (Ariba Upstream, Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Ariba Network) and assist in system configuration.
. Plan and manage multiple customer projects and handle customer expectations effectively and efficiently.
