Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate)

Expr 6+ yrs

Education Bachelor in Architecture

Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period

Software Skill -AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketch up etc., (Must have)

Must have Experience - Handling large scale corporate/commercial projects/ Healthcare/ Residential . (must have)

Job Description

1. Analyse architectural design brief and discussion with clients wherever required.

2. Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications to ensure compliance with government codes, bye laws and regulations.

3. Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and Technical specifications

4. Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.

5. Coordination with external consultants and various internal MEP team members.

6. Handling projects right from concept to commissioning under the guidance of Project Director.

7. Supervising Junior Architects works and assigning them tasks as and when required.

8. Researching and inquiring about different materials and staying updated on construction industry related materials.

9. Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.

10.Should be a team player and shall be a hands-on member for any time bound project presentation.
