Sr Architect

Role Objective:

Plan, design, and deliver architectural and interior solutions for institutional projects, focusing on functional, aesthetic, and interactive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements regarding budget, preferences, and functional needs.

Conceptualise and develop design concepts as per standards.

Ensure drawings meet quality standards and secure client approvals.

Oversee site execution and ensure smooth project progress.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients to maintain timelines.

Maintain site and design documentation.

Provide costing estimates and stay updated with building norms.

Ensure high-quality detailing of architectural elements.

Coordinate with engineering and design teams.

Provide regular project updates and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: B.Arch (COA recognised)

Technical Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp

Other Skills: Strong visualisation, creativity, communication, and teamwork

Experience:

812+ years across Institutional/Commercial/Residential/Hospitality/Retail projects.
