Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Relationship Management Specialist role located on-site in Delhi, India. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing customer feedback and data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, overseeing CRM tools, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to project management efforts to optimize customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM systems and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Sales and relationship-building techniques to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights for improving processes and performance.
  • Project Management abilities to organize and execute customer-focused initiatives efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
