We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct audits and prepare tax returns.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree with CMA or CA
- 7-15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
