Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant & Sr. Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Accountant & Sr. Accountant will oversee financial transactions, prepare financial statements, analyze budgets, and reconcile accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, conducting audits, managing tax returns, and assisting with financial planning. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Auditing, Taxation, and Compliance
- Skills in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
