In India, how far you go in sport has always depended on how much you can spend. Entry fees keep great players out of tournaments. Coaching bills drain athletes with no guarantee of results. Competitive leagues are either exclusive or don't exist.

Ballers is changing that!

We're India's home for Pickleball and Padel, built on one belief: talent shouldn't be denied opportunities because of money.

We're looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across our sports IPs full-time, and ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand and corporate sponsors
  • Create tailored sponsorship proposals and decks that actually convert
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals end-to-end
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and events teams to package our IPs
  • Nurture long-term sponsor relationships for renewals and upsells
  • Hit (and beat) quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For
  • 24 years in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or sports marketing
  • Proven track record of closing deals not just pitching them
  • Strong understanding of how brands evaluate sports sponsorship ROI
  • Excellent communicator with sharp negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline independently
  • Existing network of brand/agency contacts in sports is a big plus
