Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for sponsorship across conferences, exhibitions, and awards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop customized sponsorship packages that meet client objectives and maximize event revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure effective execution and delivery of sponsorship commitments.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, contract closure, and client servicing to maintain longterm partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales (preferred from events, exhibitions, or media industry).
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and design suitable sponsorship solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Good networking skills and ability to engage with CXO-level professionals.
