Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist based in Bengaluru (Whitefied/KR Puram). Responsibilities include assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as managing therapy for conditions like dysphagia. The role incorporates developing therapy plans, collaborating with an integrated team of therapists, doctors, and educators, and engaging families in therapy strategies through parent education and counselling.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and interventions for individuals with Dysphagia.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Strong ability to develop therapy plans tailored to individual needs and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to work closely with children and their families.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Speech Pathology or a similar field; experience with pediatric therapy is preferred.
• Commitment to culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or neurodiverse needs is a plus.
